How do I determine the right size for Obermeyer jackets and pants?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page. Our gear is designed with specific fits—Active, Regular, and Relaxed—to accommodate different layering needs and activity levels. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for better mobility on the slopes.
What is the 'I-Grow' Extended Wear System?
The 'I-Grow' system is our signature feature for kids' outerwear. By snipping the colored threads on the inside of the sleeves and pant legs, you can extend the length by two inches, allowing the garment to grow with your child for another season.
How should I wash and care for my waterproof gear?
To maintain high-performance waterproofing, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a specialty technical wash like Nikwax. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. Tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' during end-of-season events are not eligible for return or exchange.
Does Obermeyer offer a warranty on its products?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Obermeyer products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care.
How long does shipping take for winter peak season?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. During peak winter months, please allow an additional 48 hours for processing. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear before a scheduled trip.
