  Generate and print a prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked and insured transit.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and technical labels remain attached.

  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
